First Primebeef bar opened at Danilovskiy market in Moscow in January 2017. In just 2 years the network has grown to 5 establishments. We operate in three modes: food court, restaurant and food truck. Average return on investment on one venue is 18 months.

PRIMEBEEF is a family business with 12 beef breeding farms in Voronezh and Kaluga regions.

When creating Primebeef bar we shifted form the stereotypical catering format and offered our customers marbled beef of a premium quality in a butcher plus burger shop venue. Perfect service and incredible savory chef menu made the picture complete.
